I just read that Ciara confirmed she's going on tour with Britney on the European leg for the circus tour. HELL YES. I mean, I don't care about Ciara, I care about THE FREAKIN EUROPEAN TOUR! if this is true, ya'll are gonna see me jump up and down of happiness. omfg.
