I've never been a sucker for Crossroads. Well, I was when I was 10. But now I'm not anymore. I think its a crappy movie. I only like it because Britney plays it in, but I hate the fact that she made a movie to promote her album (so clearly) and not a real movie without any hints from her personal/real life. Still, I love this clip so fucking much. Its so epic. Britney. dancing. in her underwear. to madonna. See? Epic.

~Blast From The Past~ I'd Rather Have A Blister, Than A Big Sister

Lets go back to the start, and I mean, BEFORE she was dancing around in her school outfit to Baby One More Time. Yes, lets go back to the MMC days. One of my favourite videos of MMC is this one. Because I'm a Little Sister too, in fact, my sister is 7 years older than me.

When I was in 9th grade, my sister was in her senior year of college. When I was 15, my sister moved out. When I was 6, my sister was listening to the Backstreet Boys with her girlfriends in our room, giggeling and shutting the door so I coudn't come in anymore. Yes, whe shared a room. I know, right. When I was 17, my sister got married. Okay, she's not married yet. But put that on the list because her wedding is coming to town. Did I already tell you that? I bet I didn't. I'm so excited for that wedding. I bought (I mean, cough, my mother) this heavenly beautiful dress for me. Who cares about my sisters dress, right? My dress has to look fab. And it will. Ha.

Anyways, this is so funny. Because I used to "borrow" clothes from my sister too. Good times. Such a bad quality of the video though.

Oh yaay, its been a while since I've had a Blast From The Past and a Video Of The Week all in one, and it feels great. I love interviews like these, certainly In The Zone era interviews because she's so upfront about everything, probably because she can finally speak up since she's no longer a innocent virgin to the public.

Anyway, check her out on 5:05, where she responds to celebrity hate and says some chick should just get laid. Her words, not mine. Oh who am I kidding, I'd say the same. But I didn't. She is so cute throughout the whole interview.

I love it. I really, really love it. I've seen this episode a hundred times and I still love it. I laugh at every part. Even at the non-Britney parts because Will & Grace is awesome. I always watch the re-runs. But Britney is made for this part. I mean, MADE. Born to do this part. The whole episode is on youtube by the way, I just coudn't embed it.

Okay, so lets honor the title Blast From The past. Because, we all know that, if I put a video of 3 years ago, that its not really "past", its just 3 years ago. No, I'm taking it back to when Britney didn't show a bare midrif yet, where she was just a kid, when I wasn't even born yet. Wow, I wasn't even born yet. Anyhow, people seem to forget sometimes that Britney was dancing on stage ever since she was a little girl. And I mean, come on, that song is tha shit.
