Hi Everyone!

Hi, I am Emily and I love Britney. Captain Obvious speaking, I know.

Lets start with the coincidences. Britney plus me sort of coincidences. I'm sixteen years old, that means I'm one of the first years of the nineties. You can guess what year. Just kidding, that will take too long. I'm from '91. That means I'm the same age as Jamie Lynn Spears. Coincidence one. But thats the only coincidence there is with JL. For example, I'm not knocked up. But thats okay, JL, you're rich. Does that even make sense? Anyway, coincidence number two also has todo with family. If you can count right, B girl is 10 years older than Jamie Lynn. And guess what? My brother is too. Well, he's 10 years older than me. He's not from '81, but she's from December, he's from March so they're only a few months apart. Other than his birthyear, my brother is called Kevin. He's not a kfed. He's NOT. But I think its cute that I see my brothers name appearing every once and a while in Britney news... Other coincidences are that for example, Britney's brother is called Brian. Well, because my parents didn't know my sex before my birth, they made a pact. "if its a girl, we'll name her Emily, if its a boy, we'll name it Brian." Cute right?

I could find out so many other coincincendences but I'm pretty sure you are all raising your eyebrows already so I'm going to stop. All I want to add is that Britney already sung songs like "I don't Care" (ya'll remember it) on national TV when I wasn't even born yet. Gosh, strange to think of right? But thats not a coincidence, thats just strange.

Lets continue with the question; "why?" Why Emily, why this blog? Well its simple. I love Britney and I love blogging. I didn't want to go with the modern way, the video blog because I don't want to see my face everyday and upload it. Too much work spending time in photoshop and too much re-editing. No, just no. So I told myself; lets make an old fashioned blog!

Now, you may know or may not know it (I assume you'll answer the last thing anyway but I just wanted to say that) but I had a blog before, still have actually. PennedMusic is the name and its about reviewing albums, artists & singles. I love music and I love writing about music but it doesn't keep me busy on a daily basis. And the viewer counter isn't helping me on that part either. That is why I am now re-starting with a new blog and new concept. Simple but genious, if I may say so. Emily writes about Britney.

And don't get me wrong. This is not a blog with Britney news because let breatheheavy.com do the job. Ps: visit www.britneyfm.com . But its about me, writing down my thoughts about Britney Spears. I will not do that on a daily basis, but I will try too. If I would be talking about any other celeb, I would probably be good with talking one day a week, but this is Britney Spears I'm talking about. We all know she has something to talk about every single day. From leaving the recording studio to articles about her custody, there is always news. It never stops. Because she is Britney Spears. So as a real fan, you just have to, HAVE to keep up on a daily basis. Though I know already that I'm not going to keep up.

Why Britney? Well, thats obvious for me, but I think I need to state that out again for you. I have always been fascinated about the music industry (thats where the idea for the other blog came from too), I have always been fascinated by rock music. Their energy, their sexy guitar and bassplayers,.. but what always fascinated me the most was pop music. The pop industry. Don't get me wrong, I love Sex, Drugs & Rock N Roll, but these days you can get them in the pop scene too. Lindsay Lohan is all of that. Just think about it. Snortin' a line of cocaine while kissing with her (GIRL)friend, barefoot. But of course, its in Britney too. She was barefoot once too, and we all know to put the sex. And the drugs? Well, nothing has ever been proven but..
Either way, I'm fascinated by the pop scene and what better artist to pick out to be fascinated about then Britney Spears?! When I was only 6 years old, Britney had her first big hit. I grew up with the woman. I can't say that from Madonna, wich is probably a bigger legend and artist than Britney but would you believe it if I'd say I never saw a Madonna performance before? Its true. Do not try to shoot me now. Britney Jean Spears is one of the greater artists in the pop history and I am proud to be a fan. And I hate closet fans. Lets face it, you didn't make yourself and she didn't make herself either. So learn to deal with the flaws you have. Not that I'm saying being a Britney Spears fan is a flaw, but you know people will laugh when you say that. "Well, thats true," you'd hear them say. So some advice; if you hate admitting you are a fan; you just put a I-don't-care additude up and tell everyone that you ARE a Britney fan but you know you are strange to the outside world. Not that you are. Because you rock. But it keeps out the stupid people who deserved to be lied to. AKA the tabloid readers who think Britney is still bald underneath that wig. Wich btw are extentions. I'm just saying.

And with everything I'll be saying for the next decades of writing this blog; IM JUST SAYING.

PS: ITS BRITNEY BITCH. no wait, that wasn't really what I had to say though it still sounds cool right? What I actually wanted to say is; can you believe she won 3 fucking awards at the VMA's this year? SHE LOOKED STUNNING BTW. But seriously, can you? I can't. Its amazing. Thats why I'm fan.
